I am sorry you had a bad go-round with your vitamin and prilosec.  I am watching you closely so I can hopefully pick up tips with you being so close to my surgery.  I hope things continue to get better for you. Kim

I might be consider a little OCD but today I printed of a bunch of recipes for chicken and beef broth. Who knew there would be such huge spectrum of different ones? I am going to make a huge batch of both and freeze them for later. The boullion seems so salty to me.  I have been watching you, Nancy and learning from your posts. I very glad you are doing so well.

I am sorry you had a tidibowl moment.. i think maybe waiting between will help. thanks for the heads up on the broth.. i am going to look at my walmart today

Oh, bless your heart. Taking meds on an empty tummy isn't easy. I'd definitely take them separately and maybe have jello right before each one. I hope you're feeling much better today.
