Just take out your part and throw it in the trash....better in there then in your or better yet...on you!!!  If you can't do that take it out of your area.  They'll figure it out as time goes on.  I'm sure they mean well...or do they???

Make yourself some healthy pizza tonight at home.  I use turkey pepperoni, low fast mozarella, jarred pizza sauce, peppers, and put it on a low carb tortilla.  I bake it at 400 for about 8- 10 minutes.  I choose a low carb tortilla in case I decide to eat some of all of it.  I usually am too full to really be interested.  However, I continue to use a tortilla as a crust because for some reason it makes it taste better.  I tried just baking the other ingredients and it just didn't work for me.

I find that sometimes making a deal with myself to delay gratification really helps me get through a tough temptation.

I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

Can you remove it from your area? Maybe if they keep putting food right under your nose and eyes, and you keep removing it, they will get the message? I don't mean to be rude in regards to your co-workers and supervisors, but it appears to me that they know you have had WLS, and I don't think it would be offensive on your part to take the initiative to remove these items from your view! This is tough enough as it is...try to make this as easy on yourself as possible. I know the workplace can be a real challenge sometimes when it comes to food! Stay strong and expect respect for your efforts to stay on track.  -Anna

Oh, one more thing- the only time I had what I would describe as a mild case of dumping was on a high fat food- bacon.  I really don't want to go there again.  I was clammy, nauseous, and ended up spending some time in the bathroom.  I would really recommend you stay away from that pizza!

As far as bacon goes, I love canadian bacon and turkey bacon. I sometimes just take the canadian bacon (it's precooked) and wrap it around a cheese stick for lunch or breakfast.  It's quick, easy, and gets my protein in...  I have used the canadian bacon like Denise said on a tortilla and a makeshift pizza...good  stuff Maynard!!!
