Another Totally Off Topic: Movie Reviews

I won free tickets to the sneak peek screening of the new Mummy movie that opens on Friday. It was AMAZING. Funny and action packed at the same time. I would've gladly paid money to see that one.

We double featured last week to The Dark Knight and Hellboy 2. The Dark Knight was great, even though I was really hesitant to see Heath Ledger's Joker. It was fantastic, and his performance is indeed Oscar worthy.

Do NOT waste your time on Hellboy 2. The first one was great, but this one was so boring I went to sleep. My son and DH were bored too, so that means it's BAD!

I went to see Mama Mia and it was very good also.  It's a feel good movie.  Just make sure you stay for the credits at the end of the movie.

I thought this Hellboy was more in touch with the world from the comic book but MEH....

I LOVED Dark Knight....it touches on the spin that the graphic novel comic books take on Batman and Joker....Heath did a superb job and showed the maniac side of Joker that Jack Nicholson only showed the histerical side of.  I am sooo looking forward to the Mummy movie too.

I thought it was interesting that they didn't have Joker fall in a vat of acid to destroy his face. I wonder if they plan on redoing the entire Batman franchise? I know George Clooney said that he was responsible for  killing the franchise.

Mummy is just AWESOME.

I liked the Dark Knight , but i have yet to see Mamma Mia and i totally missed out on the Sex and the City movie , i am really bummed about that ,,,,,,
