what else is new?

My tush is hurting like there is not padding there what so ever.
I drove myself to see dr keith yesterday and today and thought OMG what has happened to all my padding..they removed my tummy padding not my tushie padding.
I did have issues with it before ..but now its like cats meows it really hurts...even my pain meds doesnt help that tushie pain..i have been told i was a pain in the tush...Thought that meant their tushes not my own...who would have thought.
And as for the dr appointment I had every other staple removed and I am the owner of an infection on my left side where the j p tube is at.. So more antibitotics for me...

Bless your heart, Pattye. I wish I had suggestions, but this is a completely new field for me. Try to hang in there. It will get better. I, for one, will be relieved to see you being a pain in the tush (altho' I've yet to experience that, and don't wish to) and back to your funny self (I have experienced that). :)

my 8 year old great niece informed me last night that I can have her gummy something or other to sit on it would give me padding and I wouldnt be hurting any more....just wonder what gummy thing it is..would that mean my tushie would then be a sweet thing for people to want to bite???

That is so cute, your niece calling it a "gummy thing." Your question shows me that your sense of humor is still in tact. Good to hear from you, Pattye. :)

Can you sit with your feet elevated (like in a recliner)...that might put some pressure off the sit bones.

Deb I have a huge men's recliner and I have tried lifting my butt off the seat with pillows and even tried laying with my lower half up in there air...nothing helps...guess i am a true pain in the tush

I'm sorry you are having so much pain.  They say there is no pain like pain in the butt!   I'm sorry, I couldn't help it!
Seriously I hope you get some relief soon.  And an infection!  Thats no fun.  Just think when you are all healed and over your infection you will be smokin hot!

OMG! you are so right! here I have denied for years that I could be a pain and it has come back to uh uh bite me in the butt...my health nurse couldnt belive how much weight I lost off of my butt in just one week...my big girl panties are now way to big and i am just having to deal with no tush..and NO I am not going to get a butt transplant..if I did knowing my luck i would get one of those huge ones again...

Pattye, I'm sure you always knew you were a "pain in the butt"!!  LOL  You just might have to order some of those undergarmets that have the padded butt!!!  We're not use to "sitting on bones"!!!  I do hope you get to come to our "meet n greet" in December.  I do so want to meet the new you and the new flat tummyed you at that!!!  I think you and Deb are quite the pair...  Have a good one and I hope the pain gets better and your infection heals soon.

Myabe I should change my ID to pain tin the butt for all to know..lol
