They've canceled school again tomorrow!!! =(

I think it has to do with the buses getting into the neighborhoods.  Also with so many rural areas in the districts that they have to close the whole district if they can't get to some of the areas safely.  My kids go to Moore schools and some of their friends spend 30 - 45 minutes on the bus 1 way in dry conditions add ice and it would take forever to get them to and from school. 

I have had to work everyday but then I work for a company that winter is our busy season so we like this type weather.

I know that my DH was not happy about school being called off again for today.  All the primary roads are in good shape but when you get in the rural areas and neighborhoods they are still pretty bad.  He also drives a school bus and that is the reason school was cancelled.  After today they have used all their snow days in his district so if more are needed then they will loose other scheduled days off or add to the end of the school year.  I would LOVE to have been able to stay home myself and WOULD NOT WHINE...since I drove in from Harrah to 63rd and Portland EVERY ICY DAY myself!  I'm like your loving sista....no sympathy from me either girlfriend!!!  (you know we love ya!  (((hugs)))  LOL
