Carb question?
Gee I must have ate some smart pills cause I know the answer....yes ma'am those carbs can cause you from losing weight. And creamer is bad unless it is real cream of half and half. The powedered stuff is basically what we use to light in college and let it explode...
As for needing a creamer OMG I tried Max vanilla protein powder in a cup at one of out Support groups it was having a frnech vanilla..awh I was in heaven it mixes really great with coffee. The stuff is bought at GNC and is little bit expensice but worth it..it dissolves and does not have the grit

being healthy has its rewards....take the challenge and just do it
I thought the latest version of splenda has 1 gram of fiber to balance out the carbs to net zero in it.... (I wouldn't know since we don't get cool new stuff here)
I also drink stuff with stevia in it....
You know....I have a new kinda diet thingy.... not the old militant....but the new sexy slim in a month kinda diet....but hey... you can have it.....I shall charge you a kiss on the cheek when i see you if you get it though.... (so if you want it, let me know...I'm happy to email it to you...) i will also tell you that I found out a couple of things about myself... 2 different diets, have proven different amounts of skin will go back depending on how much weight you pull off in a quick manner. The first diet I did to really kick my loss n gear was my old standard diet that I used for a decade....but for the subborn fat, that's when i started experimenting and combining my method with a few others out there who tinker in low carb living....and boom...i found my trick... my skin is tight everywhere...took lots of this stuff called canus too....goat's milk soak and cream....(remember I used to own an aveda day spa....so i know some good lotions)

The idea about the Splenda having all those carbs is not entirely accurate. I found information on the page linked at the bottom that indicates there is a difference between the Splenda in the bag and the Splenda in the little packet.
http://www.lowcarbohydrate.net/httblog/archives/000019.html
It boils down to this: the granular Splenda in the bag has bulking agents that make it easier to cook with but add carbs at about 1/8 that of sugar. An improvement to be sure but still something to watch. It takes about 16 packets to sweeten a quart of Koolaid to 1 cup of the granular Splenda. 16 packets MIGHT equal a couple of tablespoons but no more. 1 packet also equates to 1 tsp of granulated Splenda. Think of the difference in bulk between the two. That bulk is all carbs.
I wouldn't worry too much about a few packets of Splenda during the course of a day. You'd need to ingest 30 or so to really sabotage the low-carb diet.
