I'm 2/3 of the way there!

That would rock.  I'd also like to try to ride downtown OKC sometime (not along the river) on Sundays there is no traffic and there is a great bike store and coffee shop that people ride up to and hang out at.  Watching the legs on the guys that ride regularly is great inspiration.

Congrats on 2/3!  Lake Hefner's also a great place to ride.

I like that...the little engine that could! You have done great and you will get to goal - your goal, not what the charts say! That is what is most important...what you are happy with!!

Did you notice that I lost 1-1/2 pounds from yesterday morning's weigh in to this morning's weigh in?  Ok, I'm not supposed to weigh every day but I did!

Doctors love that dang BMI chart!  But I think we as a group should devise our own version of the BMI chart.  We could call it "Big Girl Panty Chart" or BGPC!  Whatcha think?
