Bibopsy results are back!

The core biopsy on my thyroid came back as thyroiditis, non-cancerous.

I'll find out on Tuesday if I have to have a partial removal, but if I do it won't be until after I've healed from my RNY. Yay! No more DELAYS!!!

Congrats on the results and the surgery date.

Is Dr G going to do your thyroid surgery if you have to have it done? He did mine last August, he did a wonderful job, mine was a total removal, went in for a partial but he ended up doing a total after finding another tumor. Easy recovery. I had surgery on Tuesday, home on Wednesday back to work on Thursday.
