ISO- surgeon who will take payments

I have BC/BS, so from what I read, I won't come close to being covered/approved. Are there doctors who will accept payments for bariatric surgery?

Dr Warnock/ wichita falls TX/phone number 1-940-691-0805 I am a cash pay.....and was told when i called office he does so much down the sets up payments...also the hospital. I have my 1st appt with him on jan 15th. hope this helps. OH also he does not require psych exam which saves money....charlene/Okla.
