Hello everyone.........day four is nearly over lol.....and im feeling pretty good.  Ive had some company......got to hug my grandbabies lol........and am trying desperately to get in all my fluids. My husband bought me some sugar free popsicles made by chapman.........the only thing they have in them is 4 grams of sugar from alcohol........ now it says im only allowed to have 2grams of sugar per meal...........not sure if anyone else has found anything else.............or have tried these thanks again for all the support......having a much needed nap now

Hi Tracy, I like the sugar-free popsicles made by Popsicle brand.  Not sure how many grams of sugar alcohols in them... but they taste fabulous and I've never had an issue with eating them. You're doing great by the sounds of it - way to go and welcome to the losers bench!

I eat Popsicle brand by Bryers it's no sugar added  and fat free. Has 15cal.   0fat  4g carbs 2g sugar alcohol and no protein :( Comes in a box of 12 and with orange/cherry/grape flavor and taste great just like the ones we use to eat when we were kids. I have had no problems with them.

Hi Tracy,

I'm sitting here reading my Barix bible..and it says sugar substitutes that are handled well and  "Sugar Alchols (sorbitol, mannitol, xylitol and malitol) these may cause gas or diarrhea if consumed in large quantities., But these are exceptable.

hope this helps you..

Hi Tracy, Glad to see you are doing well. There is also A del monte brand of no added sugar popsicles, they taste more like fruit and are great. Jo-Ann
