Reheating STEAK!

I hate to cook, so I always make two for myself so I'll have one to nuke the next day. I just stop cooking it when it gets a very red medium rare so it won't overcook when I reheat it. Btw, I am very fond of Omaha Steak's filet mignons. They're flash frozen and vacuum sealed so they keep nicely in the freezer. They happen to be on sale right now if anyone is interested:
8 (5 oz.) Filet Mignons Regular $103.00, Now $64.99 4 (8 oz.) Filet Mignons Regular $97.99, Now $59.99 6 (5 oz.) Bacon-Wrapped Filets Regular $77.99, Now $39.99

Reheating Steak is blasphamy!  Nuking it kills good protiens. And reheating it any other way will result in cooking it more ( For me thats a no no I eat it medium rare) Cold steak is awsome I tell you, Its like cold pizza. Its always good.

slice steak into thin strips (just enough for your meal) then Heat butter and garlic in microwave pour over cold sliced stesk - it will warm up and not cook too much or heat up some broth with added spices to your tastes - black and red pepper or ginger and onion or well you get the idea anything goes

Not a problem for me--I love cold leftover steak.

I drizzle a little water on top, cover with another plate or microwave cover thingy, and microwave.  It DOES cook more, but it stays moist and juicy and doesn't get tough.  If I made the steak, I do like PP - I cut serving size pieces and only cook the one I'm eating to 'done', leaving the others some forgiveness when reheating.

I don't like nuked meat...I think it changes the texture. I cut the steak up a bit and put it in a toaster oven on about 300 degrees for about 3-5 minutes. No more cause I don't want it cooked, just the body heat restored! I like my little toaster oven cause it does double duty. I sometimes COOK it on the foreman but I re-heat in the oven.
