CPAP/mouthguard question

I too had this same problem.  I wear a full mask and a mouth guard made by my dentist. I get a new one every year and it is coverd by my health plan.  I tried to use other items like you have but found the one the dentist made was the best. 

If you find something thought could you pass it along as I would be interested to see if there is anything else out there.

there is a new "mask" out there called Nomask  see www.nomask.com it is a mouthguard and a nose plug thingy. I was told about it by some nice ladies in the waiting room at the Ottawa hospital civic campus. It can only be ordered on-line and costs about 200 . the 2 ladies said they loved it and have been using it for about 6 months. I'm going to wait until my mask gets old then I will order one. My mask is still new.

 I had exactly the same issue... my teeth actually hurt and felt loose in the morning. 

I needed a couple of dental splints. I went to a sleep dentist, but I think that any dentist could have given them to me... it was about 200 for the pair of splints that I snap on before i go to sleep and off in the morning. Fixed it.
