Under the "My OH" dropdown (top blue row), pick "Message Board" (it;'s under the "Settings" column). This is where you can add, delete or fix your signature block. I made mine very small so I can get more in.
Save it before exiting.
To add a Ticker: Under "Tools" Choose "Widgets and Tickers". Create your ticker, but remember to check the box that says "Add to your signature" (or something like that).
