Good morning.  Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter.  Erica enjoy your |Easter dinner today.   MMMMMM BBQ Turkey sounds devine!

Yuck and boo to Pink Eye.  Logan gets it quite often.  You have to see me when I am treating him when he has it.  I am all bundled up in germ protection wear lol.  Im a germ natzi and so far it has worked and never spread to me lol.

I had my fun through Easter, now on to kicking the carbs and **** to the curb.  Wasn't all that bad but enough to know I need to reign it in again.

B - trying not to eat as \i have to get fasting blood done.

L - salad, salmon, drsg

S - protein bar if craving sweets

Su - steak, salad, veggies

S - nsa jello, protein shake, cheese, pepperettes

Water water and water.

Karen ....Ow with the pink eye..I remember the kids having it and having to pin them down to put the drops in....Hope it gets better quick

Looks like all had or will have a great Easter....yup chopping back carbs......right with you ladies...that's why I love this place!!!!

Dayne is coming over today for his 22nd birthday...
Going to fill his belly and a few small gifts....and a ton of left overs...or i should say stuff for his freezer!!!!

Chad came over yesterday and filled him up...did some landscaping and enjoyed the beautiful weather....

Good morning!!

I tend to get pink eye every once in a while from overwearing contacts.  The great thing is that it clears up in a day and you are pretty good to go. 

Today, the plans are to clean my house which despearately needs doing, then my running clinic tonight at 6pm provided it is not pouring!

Breakfast: Just coffee so far.
Lunch: Probably eggsalad or turkey sandwich on WW bread, fruit
Dinner:  Flax chicken strips (blue menu), some sort of veggie, and ?
Snack: Fruit/yogurt
Snack: almonds/fruit.

Pink eye sucks :(  Wish I could blame it on wearing contacts - but I can't! lol  Ah well. This too shall pass.

Your comment abou****er - why, after all this time, does it suddenly start to be harder to get it in? Complacency? Eating?  I'm in the same boat.  Have to get back on track with that better.

Afternoon everyone

Back to work tomorrow after 8 weeks off.  Ughhhh.

lots of coffee
11:30 - 1/2c cottage cheese, 1/2c yogurt, 2 pieces pineapple
1:00 - 3 dill pickles, 2 turkey pepperettes
2:15 - 1c SF ice cream with some SF choc syrup and some almonds
4:00 - 2 Carbmaster yogurts
6:00 - 4oz chicken breast with 3 SF pickles

Afternoon!

B - One hamburger, 1/2 whole wheat bun, FF mayo, low sugar ketchup

S - 1 tblsp of potato egg salad (grandma's) and homemade sweet garlic dills (4) (Cousin's)

L - not sure....cold meat and pickles I think

S - apple

D - BBQ'ing some kind of meat, 2 bites of cheesecake (Step-mother's)

S - pickles

Ohhh Karen! Sorry to hear that you have pink eye... just eewwwwyy!

I'm spending the day at home. I bought a wii fit yesterday and today I tried it for the first time, WHOA, what a great little workout. :D

B- hot cross bun
S- banana
L- salad, protein shake
S- babybel cheese, 50g sliced ham
D- chicken souvlaki (that I am making), more salad
S- 1/2cup greek yoguart

all water and vitamins in :D
