I was only a few months old the last time they won and I think I"m a year older so you've never even been alive when they won a cup.
My fav Leafs joke is, I was in diapers the last time they won and I will most likely be back in diapers the next time they win. LOL

Afternoon
What a crazy weather day here - had a police escort over the skyway bridge to work this morning before they shut it completely - I have never seen wind like we are having - its like a hurricane....the roof has been torn off the hotel across the street - power was out until an hour ago - signs ripped apart and flying debris....so far we are intact at work
B - protein shake
s - cookie - yeah I know - we have platters of them around today - I ate one while watching the weather action with all the staff
l - shrimp ****tail
s - yogurt with fruit
d - not sure - depends whether I am still at work or we have been shut down
all water and vits
NOTE TO NEWBIES - although I may occaionally report a cookie or other non-redeeming quality food consumption on my daily list - I still eat properly the rest of the day - its not an invitation to go crazy - and I am 2 years out - and eat properly 90% of the time - protein-veg-fruit and water

I need to get back to writting on here.....i think it keeps me in check with eating.
worked until 7am...up at 230ish
trying to go on a low carb...been a CARBAAHOLIIIICCC
working tonight 11pm to 7am
breaky- 2 eggs scrambled with onions and 1/6of a toasted piece of pita bread
snack- 1 pepperete, 1 lil grape leave roll, handfull of pistachios
zumba class at 630 protein shake after
lunch- either chicken teriyaki or chicken fajita ( All made from scratch) they both have veggies
snack- fresh fruit
dinner- whatever i didnt eat at lunch...
snack fruit
breaky boiled egg
come home and pass out after a night of work
worked until 7am...up at 230ish

It was a grab and run kindda day for me
on the way to work- protein shake
B- 1/2c greek yoguart
S- 50g deli ham, 1 babybel cheese
L- 60g cheese, 4 crackers
S- salad
nurses had a spread of treats today- 1 forkful of vanilla cake, 1 forkful of taramisu, 4 grapes, bite of a timbit
D- small wrap (50g chicken, 1 mushroom, pinch of red pepper, pinch of lettuce, pinch of cheese)1/4c potato salad from the deli
S- maybe just tea
I have been low carbing the last few days... even with what I ate, still low in carbs :D
