Good morning everyone

Today is the "BIG WEDDING" of Prince William and Kate!! I am up watching.
Not sure what the rest of the day holds, maybe a nap later LOL

5am- tea and a nsa shortbread cookie (to celebrate the Wedding)
B- 1/2c greek yoguart
S- protein shake
L- 60g cheese, 2.5 breton crackers
S-50g ham, 2 babybel cheese
D- salad, chicken
S- banana

I might change the order of what I eat, I will see what happens later ;)


all vitamins and water in!

Got up too early today.....
Last day of wor****il after surgery...
I guess I'm starting to get nervous...

My grass is so long from all this rain my dog has to run through it like a reindeer!
Have lots to do this weekend...if the stupid rain holds off!!!!!

B cheese peperoni omelet
S kashi cereal
L spicy tuna, triskets, salsa
S more kashi cereal
D ?
S frozen fruit

Quiet board this morning, everyone must be glued to their TV watching the wedding.  I'll have a pot of tea in the newlyweds honor later today.


B - scrambled eggs

L - potato leek soup with old cheddar and bacon on top

S - cup of warmed up almond milk with a shot of hazelnut sweetener

D - pork tenderloin in cherry sauce, green salad

Just doing errands today and heading the U.S. for an overnight trip tomorrow, so I will be packing for that.  Exciting eh? lol

B - Protein shake

S - turkey pepperette, cheese

L - spring mix, salmon drsg

S - nsa jello or protein bar

Su - roast beef, salad maybe half a weigh****chers burgerthin to put the beef on

S - cheese, hot sauce, pepperette If I am tempted by the popcorn that dh and ds will be making.

S - 1/2 C Kashi Go Lean (dry), 1 clementine orange
L - leftover tomato sauce (beef and tons of veggies), 1 oz mozerella cheese
S - clementine orange
D - not sure yet!

Just home from watching the wedding with my daughter - wonderful!  And off work today to see Dr. Starr this afternoon.

good morning...lol had a good night at work and awesome sleep up at 230pm

breaky egg, salsa, handful of tortillas
530 zumba class
snack protein shake
lunch spanish chicken/kinda fajita style
snack frresh fruit or humus with carrots
dinner- samething as lunch
snack fruit
breaky no idea yet

working tonight again 11-7am...I have a date tonight getting back on the dating train.

B - Whole Wheat Bread (1), FF Mayo and Mustard, turkey, romaine lettuce, FF processed cheese slice.

S - nothing!

L - Same as breakfast
