Good morning :)  It's FRIDAY!  YAY!

B - coffee with milk x 2, lemon merangue yogurt (thank you Marny!)
S - Ka****rail bar
L - green salad with tuna
S - raspberry cranberry yogurt (thank you Marny!)
D - not sure, we're going out.  Protein and veg of some sort.

Yay we have sun today. 

I'm at the mercy of being at my sister's all weekend so no clue what we will eat.  I plan on strongly suggesting I cook dinner tonight.  LOL

B - 1/2 whole wheat english muffin with 1 tbsp peanut butter and 1/2 banana

L - half a grilled chicken and tomato sandwich with fresh basil on it

S - source yogurt

D - will be meat and veggies/salad of some sort.

What's sun again?  Haven't seen it in weeks.

Oh, and my computer broke at home.

Happy Friday everyone =)

B- Coffee, 2 eggs with spinach
S- 4 melba toasts, 1 laughing cow, 1 cup raw veggies
L- 1 cup homemade veggie soup, 1/2 whole grain bun
S- bananna
D- grilled chicken,  3/4 cup yams, 1 cup peas
S- 1 1/2 cups of cucumber

Good morning!  I don't know what sun is either....whose hogging all the sun!

Off to Dentist at noon  and then to get HUGE grocery order.  I am out of everthing, yikes!!

B - coffee coffee and another coffee

S - protein shake

L - thinking Wendy's chili after dentist

S - protein bar

Su - not sure, will pick something up at grocery store - so protein and veg of some sort

S - pickle, cheese, ham roll ups I think

Water and vits in.  Have a good day and weekend!

Good morning everyone :D

Ahhh! it was soooo niice to sleep in today! YAY! :D It was raining earlier but it's just cloudy now, not sure what's gonna happen with this crazy weather today...
I'm going out with a gf today to visit another gf.. I haven't seen the one gf in almost a year and she can't wait to see me and how I've changed.

B- 1 slice weigh****cher bread w/egg salad (1/2 a sandwich)
S- chocolate pumpkin bar (made from the recipe forum)
L- 60g cheese and a few crackers and maybe 2 pepperettes
S- will be out, so I will take a protein shake and trail mix with me
D- maybe a huge hamburger w/cheese on it- got them from costco and they have 50g of protein in them, I likely will NOT eat the whole thing, it's wayyy huge! But I will do my best to eat what I can
S- pepperette or munch on my leftover burger

all vitamins and water in

Hi all

Busy day for me today, hard to find time for personal things LOL

B-2 eggs, pepperoni, cheese, onion

L-salad with grilled turkey

S-yogurt

D-not sure, going to a pub for a party

S-apple with peanut butter

So this week has been no carbs(other than what is in my food eg: veggies and fruit) and I am down 7 pounds. I hope that gives me enough incentive to get through the week-end

Hi all! We are off to the cottage for the weekend! WOO HOO!! I'm packing up all of my food in a little while to bring with.

B - Premeire chocolate protein shake
S - Compliments light cheese string
L - Yves veggie chili and a tbsp of FF sour cream
S - Yogurt
D - Not sure yet... last night I had 2oz of chicken though - yum! I didn't realize how much 2oz actually is!
S - SF jello

All water/protein and vitamins in!
