What are you eating/doing today? (Tuesday)
I miss my computer at home soooooo much! I feel out of the loop here. Computer shopping tomorrow. lol
Working today and can I just say that it is friggin' FREEZING in this office? Good gawd, I'm wearing a coat. Anyway. I'm trying to join Joyce on the low-carbing this week. Too many crackers were sneaking into my menu.
B - coffee with milk x 2, yogurt
S - more coffee, handful of almonds
L - green salad with tuna
S - have a Dr. appt, so likely nothing
D - BBQ chicken breast, mushrooms, onions, coleslaw
S - likely just tea

Morning! Viva la sunshine!!! Really warm outside already. Wish I could turn on the air conditioning in my classroom, but I have an incubator with 12 eggs that are 2 days away from hatching. Something tells me we will be sweating this afternoon when the sun moves over to our side of the school...have all the curtains drawn already. :D On another note, bought a great bike off Kijiji last night. Has a great big seat for my behind...lol. Good night for a family bike ride.
B- smoothie- 3/4 cup greek yogurt, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, splenda, splash of skim milk
S- cheese string (maybe 2)
L- mini can of Sweet Chili Thai tuna
S- probably nothing since I didn't pack anything else :D
D- Vegetable soup with mixed beans for protein
S- probably a protein shake

They are cute, those little chicks, and what an experience. I have done it for the past 3 years with my grade ones, and it is just as exciting each year watching them staring open-mouthed at the hatching chicks. We get our chicks from Green Acres Outdoor Ed. Center which I return them to and then they return to the farm...after that, well...I don't ask. I wish I could keep them. :P

You can all thank me for bringing the sunshine down here with me. LOL I arrived yesterday and I didn't notice any rain and look how hot it is getting today.
B - half a bagel with cream cheese
S - skinny vanilla latte
L - going for lunch with another bandster so prob green salad with chicken or something of the like
S - maybe another latte while sitting at Mt. Sinai for hours
D - late dinner so may just be soup of some sort, french onion sounds good
