Morning all,

Computer is still broken at home - missed my OH fix all weekend. lol

B - coffee with milk x 2
S - Ka****rail bar
L - vegetable soup, 2 crackers
S - tea
D - BBQ burger, no bun, with all the fixings, coleslaw

Good morning :D

Gosh! What a gorgeous day today!! :D I have planned a walk with my neighbour this morning and when I get home I hope to cut the grass. I'm on-call, so I will wait and see what happens

B- scrambled egg, sausage, toast w PB& honey
S- banana
L- cheese and crackers
S- protein shake (maybe)
D- some sort of meat, veggies
S- not sure yet..

all vitamins and water in

Starting the long drive home from Florida today - packed lots of food

B - bagel with creme cheese

s - cottage cheese and pineapple

l - ham, cheese and pickle roll ups

s - orange

d - more ham and cheese roll ups

s - yogurt and orange

lots of coffee stops and water

Back to work after a one-week 'staycation' and back to more disciplined eating.

B - thin bagel & pb, latte
S - greek yogourt
L - tuna salad
S - protein shake
D - taco fillings, no shell
S - cheese, grapes

Good morning.

Not sure of my plans today, maybe catching up on some laundry .  Fun stuff lol

decarbing this week.  I haven't been bad really but slowly sneaking stuff in this weekend so dealing with it now instead of waiting til it gets ahead of me.

B - protein shake

S - turkey pepperettes - 2

Lu - 4 lean ham roll ups with cream cheese and pickle spears, 1/2 c greek yogurt

S - Cheese string

Su - chicken breast with goat cheese and spinach, greek yogurt

S - nsa jello or protein bar

Water in, vits in.  Have a good one.
