What are you eating/doing today? (Friday)


Working today - though to be honest, I finished that huge project I was working on and am now awaiting feedback and a decision from the City, so I'm a little "at loose ends". LOL Not complaining. Computer shopping tonight after work or tomorrow morning. Oh, and hey, did you hear that Mark's is having a 50% off sale this weekend? Good thing, I need some new duds!
Good gawd, my ADD is showing. lol
B - coffee with milk x 2
S - 42g old cheddar, 25g brie, 4 saltines (no I didn't weigh them, that's the amount marked on the packages. lol)
L - tuna sandwich with tons of veggies, no bread
S - a few almonds, cup of herbal tea
D - BBQ protein of some sort, green salad

Must feel great to have a big project finished.....and re the ADD - yeah me too....all over the place the mind is rushing so fast...lol
Pre-workout - protein shake
s - cottage cheese with pineapple
l - grilled chicken over tomato feta salad
s - yogurt and berries
d - NY strip - 1/2 probably with grilled veggies
s - blue menu yogurt bar
Tons of water - 3 - 4 litres plus coffee and tea

Good morning! still struggling with overeating but have to keep planning and tracking. (at least online tracking lets me know the magnitude of my mistakes - averaging about 200 cals a day over what I plan to eat every day). Too many extra snacks.

S - fruit and a slice of rhubarb loaf (damned fundraising cart came around to my desk...)
L - salad w. goat cheese and pine nuts for protein
S - 3/4 c greek yogourt & strawberries
D - 1.5 oz bbq steak and more salad
S - protein shake if needed

Yeah snacking can be a problem for most of us
I just notice on your menu you dont have much dense protein- other than the steak - I would suggest you concentrate on that for ahwile and see if it helps with the snacks etc....worked for me....chicken fills me solidy - steak next and fish after that

I have to start journalling my menu again. It seems like I'm always snacking throughout the day. I thought this was ok but maybe it's not. Here is a sample of what I eat almost everyday....
B - 4oz Toasted O's with Lt milk or 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
S - Banana or 4oz of Lt Milk
L - 4oz Can of Tuna w/ Lt Mayo or Banana/Straw. Protein Shake
S - Almonds or SF Pudding or Banana or 4oz Lt Milk
D - 4-6oz of meat w/ cheese or veggie or a little of pasta
S - SF apple sauce or SF Pudding or Almonds or SF Popsicle or Trail Mix
3 - 4 bottles of water a day w/ SF Hawiaan Punch Flavoring
Is eating Pizza Toppings bad? Asking because occassionally I like to eat the toppings if the Hubby and kids are having pizza night. I would usualy have two pieces aside for myself and I would eat the toppings and a little of the crust but then I give the crust to my dogs. They love me more for it :)
Also, on that note, is eating a couple chicken wings ok?
