Can anyone rec a sugar free frozen drink, I used to stop at Dunkin Donuts and get the coolattas all the time and they are loaded with sugar.    I am craving something

I've never heard of one so I will watch this thread closely.  I used to love a frozen coke or an Icee.  Now what I do is almost freeze my water bottles and then add Wal-mart brand crystal lite to them.  I like the grape flavor.  But it isn't as good as a frozen coke!!!

7-11 usually has a couple flavors of Crystal Light slurpies, if you have 7-11 stores by you.  They aren't quite as good as the regular ones, but they are sugar free.

I sure wish we had a 7-11 up my way, Meredith....we only have Wesco, and they carried sugar free slurpees for a while, then discontinued them.

Sonic has some (I think- we don't have Sonic here), Rita's has SF ices, 7-11 has Crystal Light slurpees, you can order a SF syrup blended ice latte @ Starbucks, you can make your own smoothies w/Crystal Light or other SF mixes, or make a snowball and pour SF syrup on it.

blended iced latte at starbucks sounds really good.  Is it kinda frappuccino-esque?  Do they just throw the iced drink in the blender?  Is this a common thing to do or will they look at me funny?  What milk do you choose for the best texture?

They will look at you funny.  They don't actually have this as a "drink", but, if you ask them to blend your "iced latte" which IS a drink, they should.  My personal favorite is a SF vanilla breve latte (breve is half & half)- either hot or cold.  I DO think it tastes a bit like the Frap, although, not as sweet.  If you wanted it sweeter, you could ask for extra syrup or add Splenda to it.

I wish I could recommend a good S/F coolatta-type of thingie, but there is no such animal up my way.   What I have had before, is a mix made by a company called Big Train.   They have a low-carb frozen mocha (or whatever one calls it) mix.    My local coffee house makes them adding the mix to chilled espresso, and it's really good.    I do have to take Lactaid with it though.   You can order the product online from Amazon.

Great, thanks everyone for your replies. I completely forgot about 7 -11 and there is one 2 minutes from my house.. That do make a diet pepsi slurpee, or they used too, but one side effect and you probably know what it is b/c of the sugar alcohols. Oy Vye.. LOL

Oh and We have a sonic close by too.. YUMMMM
