It's deli meat. It's square with orange stuff on the outside of it and I think it's really yummy :) LOL ..

My grandmother made us eat it when we were kids and I still like to get it once in a while ;)

Morning Everyone
Working all day today and have to head north to see a client so hoping the weather stays nice with no rain!! Looking forward to the weekend as we're having a family reunion and I have not seen some of my family since last summer, 92lbs lighter!! Should be fun!!
B - protein coffee with milk x2
S - Old cheddar with pickle (sounded good Karen)
L - salmon with mayo on wasa cracker
S - protein shake
D - unsure at this time, will have to see what hubby cooks for me!!!
S - soy nuts for some crunchy satisfaction!!

Hi everyone!
Today I'm prepping for a party I'm hosting tonight (well, it's just book club but we eat and drink well). Sadly, this means I have to clean the house too. I'll try to eat planned meals but will assume I'll be nibbling a bit too. At least it's all healthy.
B - greek yogourt with some of the strawberry-rhubarb compote I made as part of dessert later
S - turkey & cheese rollup
L - shrimp dip (made w. greek yogourt) w. veggies
S & D - prosciutto wrapped asparagus, cheese & crackers, deviled egg
S - strawberry-rhubarb fool (compote & Dr. Oatkers' 50 cal mousse)
