Afternoon

Very busy week for me both work and socially - tonight having university friends over for dinner and laughs..

B - banana

s - l/f carrot muffin at meeting

l - starbucks oatmeal - forgot my lunch

s - yogurt with berries

d - bunless burger - salad and vino

s - wont need one

All water and vits

Have a great one

Good afternoon!

Everyone sounds like they are up to a lot of fun today/tonight.  :)   Enjoy!  Not much going on at this end but that's okay.  Just preparing for my upcoming plastics (booking flights, making arrangements for dog, child and nursemaid for me lol).  Buying groceries to stock up on too. 

Eating plan is a little off but at least I know it and am conscious of it, so will try harder.

B - hard boiled egg, turkey sausage

S - 2 oz chicken

L - 3 ham roll ups with i cheese stick cut into 3

S - protein bar

Su - probably 3-4 oz chicken and salad

S - greek yogurt with vanila torani syrup

Water in and vit in.  Have a good one!

Referral sent on 26 Feb 2010 - Sleep Study on 28 May 2010 - Info session at WMC on 14 Jan 11- Appt with the APN (nurse) on 27 Jan 11 - Dietician and Behaviorist appts on Feb 24. WLS Class 6th April 2011 - Surgeon appt 3 May 2011 Dr Yelle - Surgery June 6th

Fleur de list (extended tummy tuck) and breast lift but I may change to LBL or fleur de lis and butt/thigh lift
