Tricked Them

Just wanted to let people know that I tried the frozen banana recipe on here.  Basically, you take frozen ripe bananas (peeled) and freeze them.  Then put them in the food processor (i used a blender) and it makes ice cream.  I used 4 bananas and about 1/4 cup of milk.  I told 5 kids ranging in ages from 4 to 10 that it was banana ice cream and they all came back for seconds.  My partner had a bowl as well and didn't know the difference.

I am making that today for my Father's Day BBQ treat for myself.  Now I am excited to try it! :)

I made it and put a little sugar free chocolate syrup on it.  Yummo!

I currently have bananas in the freezer waiting to be blended up...can't wait to try it!
