What are you eating/doing today? (Friday)

Well!  It seems I missed an evening of fun judging from the number of interesting threads started - I'll get to those with my comments shortly, as I have several (big surprise). lol

Working today and then it's the weeeeeekend! Yay!  But I have to conduct some training on Sunday, so boo.

B - coffee with milk x 2, 21g old cheddar, 2 saltines
S - turkey/pickle/swiss roll up (1)
L - tuna sandwich with tons of veggies, hold the bread.
S - handful of trail mix, bengal tea
D - not quite sure yet - BBQ'd protein & veggies, maybe a cob of corn
S - a few bevvies of my choice

Hey everyone, tonight I go write my drivers test (havent driven in a long time so have to redo) and I'm excited about that :-)

B-cream of wheat and 4 berries
L-pureed chilli (1/2 cup)
D-pureed roast chicken and mashed avocado
2 liters of water

Walked to work this morning but my friend picked me up when i was almost at work (i was going to be late) so about 3k.
Referral sent on 26 Feb 2010 - Sleep Study on 28 May 2010 - Info session at WMC on 14 Jan 11- Appt with the APN (nurse) on 27 Jan 11 - Dietician and Behaviorist appts on Feb 24. WLS Class 6th April 2011 - Surgeon appt 3 May 2011 Dr Yelle - Surgery June 6th

I hope you do better than my son with the driver's test - took him 4 friggin' times! LOL

heehe!!! I can't wait to see your comments :P LOL

WOOT for the WEEKEND!! We are just having some breakie then it's time to pack up for Ottawa and Bobcaygeon! YAY!!! I will probably get called in for sunday. No biggie tho, I wanna work everyday next week since I have the whole next week off...

B- cheese&mushroom omelet, sausage, watermelon cubes
S- still eating breakie (LOL)
L- not too sure yet, will probably be on the road by then but maybe I will take some cheese and a couple of crackers and a fibre plus bar
S- protein shake
D- steak medallions wrapped in bacon (that's what my sister said), baked tater (some of my bfs) and a bite of cheesecake (likely won't be any room for that, so I will eat it later)
S- sister said there will be keilbasa, cheese, crackers

all water and vitamins in

edited to change dinner- I got told that we will not be having what I posted earlier... bah! I was looking forward to it. oh well. I was told we will be dining on tacos this evening! I will see, maybe I will eat something else, who knows....

Morning;

Leaving tomorrow for Florida and some friggin heat....so nothing in the cupboard at home....


B - protein shake

s - 1/2 bagel with light creme cheese

l - 1/2 bagel with light creme cheese

NOTE - snack and lunch are poor choices....I am aware of this therefore it will be the only carb I consume today - plus I count the 400 calories for this in my daily 1200 caloire total to ensure I dont get too off track

d - trout and a few bites of veg

s - frozen berries

All water - decaf coffee and tea and vits of course

Running a conference for 250 people at work today - running around a lot.
B - large milky tea, one slice toast
S - greek yoghurt with S/F syrup + bran buds
L - 1 slide cheddar, 4 crackers and S/F applesauce
S - protein shake
D - fish and salad
1 litre water

FRIDAY! YES!!!

B - Cookies 'n' cream protein shake with 1% milk
S - 8 almonds, part skimmed mozarella cheese string
L - More chicken coleslaw (still not sick of it!)
S - SF chocolate mousse, decaff with 1% milk
D - Not sure... if I don't finish my lunch, then the rest of that, otherwise tuna. I really don't feeling like cooking tonight.
S - Yogurt

Eating healthy is becoming a habit now - went out with my sis this afternoon to do a little shopping, and she got McDonalds (she's a normal BMI)... I didn't even consider it! :) Smelled good though... wont lie. :)

Water and vits in! Treadmill tonight after little man is sleeping.
