What are you eating/doing today? (Sunday)
Pre-B - coffee with milk, then a latte made with sf chocolate almond milk, coffee and a shot of cinnamon syrup
B - 1/2 cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal (dry), 6 absolutely delicious cherries that I got at the market yesterday
S - protein shake (yeah, I'm back to giving them a go - need to up my protein and nutrition lately)
L - 21g old cheddar, sliced tomato, pickle, a couple of slices of smoked ham, MAYBE 2 crackers
S - cherries and blueberries, tea later
D - roasted chicken, coleslaw, a little caesar salad, small bit of macaroni salad
S - maybe another protein shake - we'll see how much I can eat today

Hi good morning i am up early to everday.i have trouble slepping.i hope you have a wonderful day today.
B milk one slice of toast with sugar free raspberry jam
S 1/2 cup of rasberries and strawberries 1 bottle of water
L Tuna wrap with lettuce and a bottle of water
D chicken breast with a garden salad
S water and some melba toast and 1 oz of cheddar cheese

Flew back in late last night during that storm....toughest landing I have ever had....whoa...terra firma felt good
B - protein shake
s - yogurt and fruit
l - chicken salad
d - going out to a perch fish "fry"....going to ask the host if I can also be in the kitchen and broil a piece for me...(its my brother or I wouldnt ask...)
s - not sure - fruit hopefully
All water and vits and lots of coffee..

I hear you re the fear of regain....so far I am able to keep some balance and eat a bit of everything....no crazy gorging like before....but I watch the scale daily and react immediately if I see something other than just salt and water retention....
But I know I am only 27 months out and still may have some malabsorption
What if you ate more frequently? I am just worried you wont get enough nutrients in...
Dr Anvari told me to eat "ëverything" if I can manage it....and I do...good for nutrition and long term psychology...but like you I also ensure I get at least 80 grams of protein each day....Glad you are back to some protein shakes...
If this goes on much longer will you go see Dr Hagen?

S fresh strawberries 1/2 cup
L fresh lettuce from my garden with grilled salmon and homemade dressing
S protein drink
D fresh lettuce with grilled chicken and tetziki sauce
