What are you eating/doing today? (Monday)
Morning all,
Been struggling with my food all weekend...all i want to do is eat...and sadly my pouch seems fine with it...sigh
Here is the plan for today...hopefully I'll be able to stick with it...
B - cream of wheat w 2Tbsp strawberry jam
L - tuna salad w sliced peppers and carrots
D - BBQ beef on 1/2 bun
S - Cheerios / some fruit / yogurt
No plans to walk tonight...to much to do...but I will be walking tomorrow night.

B - slice rye bread with low fat havarti
S - blueberry yogurt with raspberries
L - roasted chicken sliced up on slice of rye bread (maybe w low fat mayo if i can find some)
S - banana
D - not quite sure yet.
Going to the gym after work with a friend, we've committed to monday and thursdays after work, and maybe one time on the weekend.

Busy getting caught up today....always tough the first day back....have to get back in the groove

s - yogurt with berries
l - turkey breast

Back to reality! What a beautiful long weekend at the cottage! Not a drop of rain! Went swimming in the lake every day :)
And yes, working with children with autism (what I do) is a great job, but the parents of these kids have the hardest job of all.
B - Cookies 'n' cream protein shake with 1% milk and a scoop pf instant decaf.
S - 1/3 cup almonds raisin granola ceral no milk (PC blue menu) - thanks for the tip Leanne!
L - 2oz boneless chicken breast, 1 tbsp LIGHT hummas.
S - Decaf, with 1% milk.
D - Not sure yet... maybe ground chicken meat sauce no pasta.
S - Post workout yogurt.
Treadmill, water and vits! :)
