Spouses / Support People

I brought either my hubby or my daughter to most of my appointments.  They really wanted to be able to help and they have been great.  I'm glad they went and they still come when they can.

it's up to you and him...at my monthly support group there are some people that brings their support person whether it be their spouse, friend, sister etc to every meeting...and i Think that's great becaus eteh topics and questions can be informative and not necessarily something a pre-op or even a post-op person may have run across

my (then  - 10 yr old son) came to a couple of meetings..my husband didn;t come to any.


prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss. 

life is AMAZING when you continue on the right path~!.  Use your surgeons gift to the fullest~!

 hubby came to the orientation... I will be at the SW/NUT/RN (1st appointment) on my own... once school in back in again my BFF or hubby will come with me..

but thats just what works for me...
