What are you eating/doing today? (Friday)

Morning all :)

Thank gawd it's the weekend  - that is all.

Busy day today at work, conducting training late morning, eating schedule will be a little off.

B/S - coffee with milk, protein shake, 1 oz cheddar, 2 crackers, 2 huge cherries
L - going to stop at Subway on my travels and pick up a salad with protein
S - cherries, handful of trail mix
D - BBQ burger with all the fixings - hold the bun, small scoop of coleslaw, 1/2 cob of corn
S - not sure yet!

B - cheese stick, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 apple (not exactly high in protein...)
S - coffee with 2% milk
L - EDITED - Tim Horton's chili and a couple bites of whole wheat bun with butter
S - EDITED - just almonds
D - I'm not entirely sure as I am going to be at the Ottawa Bluesfest this evening so it'll be something from the concessions (toppings off a pizza? insides of a shawarma? I dunno. )
S - Ok, so it's going to be a glass of wine... I'm at a concert!

Good afternoon....

Went to see plastic surgeon today....mastopexy is what I would need and the cost is $7000.
Kinda figured it would be around that price range...

Really going to have to think on this one.....

Have to buy and install a new toilet....great now that's what I want to spend my money on!!!!!!!!!

anyway, here goes.....
B cheese omelet
S salsa
L scallops
S salsa
D not sure yet.....maybe tuna salad
s berries
