Optifast Question

Hi Deb,

I went to get pics for you...

I have to take 4 weeks so that means a full case....there are 8 boxes in a case containing 14 pouches in each box.  You can absolutely select how many of chocolate you want and how many vanilla if you want both.

The full case is not very heavy but I assume that if people mentioned they carried it on the bus or bike, then they only had a week or 2 of optifast, therefore, half of a case and they can easily place all the pouches in a bag.

I didn't know they can ship it, i didn't ask, I'm 8 hours North of Toronto so to make sure I didn't make another trip only for the optifast, I grabbed everything when I went to my last appt even though I only start Optifast August 17th.

Yep, that's the stuff!  I got 2 boxes of each, but I definitely prefer the chocolate.  Two boxes fit in a plastic grocery bag.

Thanks for posting the pics.  It is good to see the pics of what to expect.
