Happy hump-day!

I've got to say, as much as I'm loving this weather, yesterday's humidity was downright oppressive!  My gawd, couldn't even breathe outside - which sorta made our night out on the patio a wash - too freakin' humid.  Working today - laughing a bit as the person I was covering off for for the past few weeks (child/youth consultant) came back Monday, and now the volunteer coordinator is out with a bad back - so guess who gets to do his job?  LOL!  Ah well.  I love it and no rest for the wicked.

B - coffee with milk, Premier protein shake
S - 1.5 oz cheddar, 4 crackers
L - forgot it at home on the counter :( ..... so I think I'll have another protein shake (I keep them in the fridge at work along with other assorted food lol) and a Kashi peanut bar  EDIT:  I forgot that someone gave me a Tim's card!  Off to Timmy's to pick something up - likely chili. :)
S - handful of trail mix, bengal tea
D - took ground beef out of the freezer this morning, so something "humburgery".   Likely BBQ burgers and salad.

more terrible dental work yesterday, so back to very soft foods again today:

B - latte, greek yogourt
S - premier protein shake
L - ? soup? tuna salad? something from the caf
S - pink grapefruit nectar protein
S - cottage cheese & raspberries
D - leftover fajitas
   
      weight loss includes 25 lbs before optifast

Aquafit last night so MUCH FUN!!
Noodle flying through the air, snorting water, giggling all the way!
Off for shopping and dinner tonight with a friend. Maybe I can count mallwalking as my exercise for today????
B- 1 slice toast, large tea
S - Greek yoghurt w jalapeno jelly
L - 2 lite Babybel cheese, 2 crackers
s - Orange protein shake
D - ???

I don't repsond to these threads (typically), one because I consume pretty much the exact same things for breakfast and lunch every weekday...and then dinner is usually chicken, fish or occasionally beef.

but I just wanted to drop in and check out if anyone was consuming something different or something I have not tried.....to pick up ideas..even at 29 months post-op..I am ALWAYS on the prowl for IDEAS.

Afternoon all.

B - Peanut butter chocolate protein shake with 1% mil**** and a scoop of instant decaff (I really lookk forward to these -YUM-O!)
S - Babybel light, 8 almonds.
L - PC granola cereal in yogurt.
S - 2 Decaff with 1% milk.
D - Ground chicken meatsauce (the boys can have it with pasta).
S - Yogurt.

Really trying to get in more calories, but I'm finding it difficult today - I am finding that I lose better and FEEL better (which is key for me) with around 700-750 calories per day, and what I've mentioned above is just over 600 - Maybe I'll do half a protein shake too this afternoon.

Water, vits and treadmill tonight :)

At least posting this late at night - its actual food consumed instead of planned....( I usually do eat what I list...but some days ya know!)

Pre-workout - protein shake

b - couple of spoonfuls of yogurt

s - rest of yogurt

l - 1/2 ham sandwich

s - 4 stinkin timbits....long story - lots of stress..."nuff said"

d - mixed salad of tuna/quinoa/beans/peppers and 1/2 hard boiled egg

s - popsicle
