Good Morning.
Got called in early for work yesterday and stayed for 12.5hrs. Back in again today and hopefully off for the next 2days!
B- bacon and toast w/ peanutbutter and honey
S- fibre plus bar
L- chicken and salad from swiss chalet
S- greek yoguart
D- leftover chicken and salad
S- protein shake
All water and vitamins in!

B - Choc Optifast with decaf coffee and ice
L - Vanilla Optifast with hazelnut s/f syrup
S - Choc Optifast with decaf coffee and ice
D - Vanilla Optifast

Karen I love Dexter!! Cant wait for the new season to begin
I am tired and cranky today....working all day and then out tonight for bridge....waiting for my second wind
Oh...and I am really hungry today!!
B - protein shake
s - banana
s - yogurt and fruit ( supposed to be my afternoon snack)
l - sushi
s - coffee
d - not sure - but something very dense - maybe chicken or steak....that will get rid of the hungries
s - whatever at cards - hopefully they have some fruit
All water and vits

Afternoon all. I did NOT want to get up today after such an awesome weekend at the cottage. 2 more work weeks and then we are heading up for 10 days with family and friends!!! Can't wait!
B - PB Choco protein shake with 1% milk and scoop of instant decaff.
S - 8 almonds, babybel light.
L - Yogurt and granola.
S - 2 decaff. with 1% milk and splenda.
D - Leftover steak (1oz is all I can do for the steak), light hummas.
S - Yogurt.
Water, vits and treadmill tonight. Vit D is going down nicely now - hoping my labs will show an improvement next month.
