I send to you my deepest, heartfelt condolences. You are right, no parent should ever outlive their child. I'm so sorry to hear of the devastating loss of your son, who was also a brother and a husband. I wish you some semblance of peace and also want to thank you for sharing some of his (your) story, for our collective betterment.

Oh my god.....I am so so so sorry for your loss and your hurt and your devestation. I can't even imagine and I know there are no words right now that are going to feel right, or help to ease the pain. I hope you and your family can keep strong together in this difficult time and that your memories of your son will help to carry you through.

Suzy, I'm truly very sorry for your loss.

You obviously did all you could to help your son. As tragic as this is hopefully your older son will see morbid obesity is a life threatening illness and he needs to get help to recover from it.
