Morning all :)

Back to work today and sooooo tired this morning, even after a good night's sleep!  Had an amazing BBQ last night, but have so much leftover steak, it'll be a common theme for the remainder of the week. lol

B - coffee with milk, protein shake
S - 21g cheddar, 1/3 of a Kashi peanut bar (I really dislike them, but don't wanna waste)
L - kick-ass wrap - small whole wheat tortilla, BBQ steak strips, leftover roasted veggies, a few shavings of Merlot Bella Vitano cheese (OMG), a little tzatziki to hold it together.  Can't wait for lunch!
S - iced coffee wtih a shot of sf cinammon syrup that I brought in a wee tupperware (praying no one thinks it's booze, bears a striking resemblance to Crown Royal. LOL)
D - leftover BBQ steak, leftover roasted veggies, a couple of bites of baked potato

Have a wonderful day!  It's hump day!

Good for you Char!  Looks like you're coming along really nicely - great menu today.

P.S.  I can't wait for lunchtime.  Good thing I made that wrap right after dinner as I was cleaning up, or it may not have made it to my lunch bag. LOL

L- sandwich of some sort ( egg salad, tomato?)
D - chicken and lots of veggies, local corn
S - apples, small bit of almonds, cheesestring and probably ice coffee at some point walking home from my massage

Still not sleeping well, Barb?!   You know, I think our bodies get into a viscious cycle sometimes with sleep - the more tired and sleep-deprived we become, the harder it is to fall (and stay) asleep.  Take good care of yourself, please. I understand full-well how hard it is on your body when your sleep is out of whack.

Thanks Karen and its so true....I worry about the cycle I am in....

I have cancelled my workouts this week so I can sleep past 5:30 - it was really getting to me - falling asleep at 3:3o - 4:30 and then getting up an hour later

Thanks for caring

Barb

Good plan.  While I think working out is a great stress reliever, if it's CAUSING you stress and loss of valuable sleep, it's certainly a toss up! lol

The worst thing that happened when I was having trouble with sleep was with my overall brain function.  I was NOT myself, and it was scary.  Don't let it get to that point!

Hugs (cuz I know you lurve them)
