What are you eating/doing today? (Wednesday)
I'm doing laps in the hallways at work at noon today - it's cool, and the staircases work just as well as my local park.
Can't face the afternoon sun and my walk home today - the heat is just nasty.
B - 1 slice toast, large milky tea
S - cottage cheese
L - watermelon, 1 Babyel, 2 crackers
S - 1/2 protein bar, 1 protein shake
D - mixed salad with chopped egg and smoked turkey - YUMMM
1 litre water

Hot doesn't even begin to describe it. LOL It's a "special kinda hot" out there today.

Time to start posting again....I have been doing good with my eating i say 70-80% of the time. So time to get back and start focusing I know am not eating well because my hair starts to fall out a lil more than the normal.
B- thin ww bagel 1 boiled egg 1 turkey slice, few cheries and few pieces of papaya
s- water ,, oranje juice with my calcium pill in it ...too big to swallow and ran out of liquid
l- 1/2 chicken breast, cucumber salad, 1 tablespoon brown rice
s- fruit
working a 12 hour night shift start work at 7pm
d- same as lunch
s-fruit again probably a mango
my other meal usually around 1 or 2am- same as lunch and dinner
s/ b- boiled
and drink tons of water its a hot one!!! take my vitamin,plus st johns wort, biotin, colace ohh cant forget the birth control lol but then again i am practising abstinence ....already was a good girl and took my acidophilus and calcium with vit d
