What are you eating/doing today? (Thursday)
Good morning lol after a nice night at work up at 130pm *big yawn* already had breaky and watered my garden poor plants where sad looking in this heat.
1 year out RNY ....got to keep on loosing!!
b- 1/2 ww thin bagel 1 turkey pepperette, few pieces of fresh:papaya,blueberries,mango and cherries( quench the thirst)
s- pre workout some kind of protein
s- protein shake (zumba class tonight)
l- chicken faijta and veggies and some carb ( try eat carbs after my workout)
working tonight a 8hr night
s-fruit
d- roasted chicken and cucumber salad
s/b- not sure maybemake some egg whites with veggies
LOTS WATER
in between taking my vitamin, birth control,st johns wort, biotin,colace,and calcium with vit d ( ran out of liquid so dissolving the horse pills in OJ til i go get some).
Had not felt a low blod sugar in a few months I say I get back on the horse and last night at work 3.9 but boy was i feeling it ate and felt better....i guess i didnt eat enough ....i thought i ate too much go figure!!!

Good afternoon all.....
RNY 15 months post op...trying to put a little weight back on
B cheese omlete,
S kashi cereal, noodle salad
L noodle salad, boiled egg,salsa
S egg, more noodle salad and triskets
D noodle salad, tuna,
S cherries
The dressing I make with the salad is salsa, mayo, hot peppers salt and pepper
Very yummy
I'm gaining, slowly but it works for me......I feel good
All vits, juice and water
Stay cool ,enjoy the weather...and thanks goodness it's not snow!!!!!!

I worked today then had a drs appt; I must say, in talking to her, I learned some things about my recent issue and vitamins. She gave me lab paper work and I am going to try to get it done while I'm at work tomorrow. She wants to check my calcium and magnesium levels. My calcium might be too high and my magnesium might be too low; apparently this will cause my recent constipation issue, so I guess we will see what my bloodwork says.
pre B- vitavim multi vitamin x2, vitamin D3
drive to work- tea
B- some of a blueberry muffin
S- protein shake, calcium
L- leftover chicken tostada, calcium
S- fibre plus bar
B12 shot
D- salad w/cheese and catalina, calcium
S- not sure yet
drank LOTS of water and liquids today!

Had my plastic surgery!
She made a good point about the calcium and magnesium. Calcium *can* bung you up, and magensium often can fix that. Perhaps adding some magnesium to your daily intake would do the trick.
