What are you eating/doing today? (Sunday)
Morning all :)
It's looking a little cloudy out there today! Hopefully the rain will hold off 'til tonight. Going out for lunch at the Pump (actually going to talk to the place about hosting our lunch on August 20th, but hey, since I'm there......), picking up a few groceries, laundry, and other assorted domestic goddess duties.
RNY 5+ years - maintenance
B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - 1 oz cheddar, a few grapes, 3 small melba rounds
L - Hmmm..... not sure. Either the super-awesome lunch special (which I will split with Joe) or something off this 4 page menu: http://www.clarksonpump.com/Menu_1.html
S - just some tea
D - 3 oz leftover steak and veggies (BBQ'd really quite late last night, so kept the ribs for next time)

Morning Karen. It's been a heck of a week for me, and still dealing with toothache, so I've been eating too little and not getting my protein in. Back to planning ahead and sticking to it.

L - turkey & havaarti rollup, more fruit
S - pink grapefruit nectar protein drink
D - stew
S - more protein if needed

I am heading off on a road trip later today but here is my plan for now and in the car.
B- Coffee with Chocolate Protein
S. Hard Boiled Egg
L - 2 oz Chicken and some raspberries to much in the car
S - Minibel light and some crackers to munch in the car
D - eating @ friends so I will wing it there.
Oh yes - and LOTS of coffee while I am driving

We were lined up for the border crossing at Niagara for so long, and it looked like it was going to be even longer - we just deked out of there and went for a country ride.
It was great - glorious weather, and Ontario is just so beautiful.
Off downtown today for a stroll around Kensington Market and lun*****hinatown on Spadina.
N - large coffee w milk
S#1 (barfed) - 2 g turkey kielbasa
S - German dark bread w Laughing Cow cheese & jalepeno jelly
L - something Vietnamese (probably bowl of Pho)
S - protein shake
D - salad with tuna
1 litre water
Multivitamins in, still gotta do B12 and Calcium

Just got off the golf course so I am hot and tired...but pretty happy about how I am playing in the tournament...
My food will look a little different because of the golf and the heat...but here goes
B - 2 eggs with a little cheddar on top
s - banana
s - 1/2 salmon sandwich
1 cookie....needed some sugar
l - small ceasar salad with a bit of grilled chicken
d - ribs....nothin but ribs....
At least 4 litres of water today....man was it hot walking out there....a few coffees and all vits

It's been a crazy weekend of work with lots of overtime for me! Only a few more days of work til a day off..
B- egg, 1/2 slice of bacon, couple bites of ham, 1/2 slice toast
S- hot cross bun
L- not too sure yet
S- fibre plus bar
D- chicken salad sandwich
S- protein shake
all water and vitamins in :)
