What are you eating/doing today? (Tuesday)

Hey everyone,

I haven't been posting because I've been eating like crap the last couple of weeks   I'm so angry with myself...I gained back 20lbs...but what is done is done all I can do is move forward.

B - egg, tomato, 1 slice multi grain toast
S - peach
L - sausage with peppers & onion
S - orange
D - shepherd's pie with either a green/Cesar salad

I'll also need to have some tuna or cheese to get my protein up to 60g for the day.

I have dog class tonight and plan on walking down to my sister's house (about 60 mins round trip) for a visit.

Welcome back to the thread, Jackie - and good for you for getting back on track!  Not an easy thing to do (or admit to).  Onward and upward!  :)

Afternoon;

Karen I love cherries too!!

Tired and working on a hell of a headache today....too much sun and exercise the past weekend catching up with me

Eating still not normal - I always eat more when I have a migraine

B - protein shake

s - yogurt with berries and granola

l - 2 oz of chicken...nauseated

s - yogurt with berries

d - not sure - I ususally eat carbs when I am suffering with migraine - helps after I take the pills....so - either something carby for dinner or if feeling better protein and veg

s - popsicle

All water and vits
