Only available in Hawaii (thank god).  I brought home a bag from Costco when I was there - so it is giant.  I gave a lot away.  Bring them out of the fridge whenever people come over.  And there are STILL some left in there to tempt me.  Ugh.

I'll keep an eye.  My homecare nurse comes tomorrow am - and if things are still going this way I'll ask the question.

Morning all

Tracey - nice to see you back - and yeah understnd the brain fog....red wine may have something to do with it....had way too much last night and am feeling foggy this morning

Karen - I am feeling a little ornery this morning too

Erica - hope all is OK....and hope its the chocolate causing the probs

OK - now to food

Pre workout - protein shake

s - s/f f/f latte

s - yogurt with berries

l - shrimp ****tail

d - chicken and salad - got a hankering for it

s - popsicle

all water....lots of coffee....and vits

have a great one

Hi all! I'm back from vacay and feeling great, as the scale has moved once again! Went out to Swiss Chalet last night for my in-laws 40th anniversary - I scoped the menu online beforehand and decided on the spinach chicken salad (only 170 calories for a HUGE portion). It was my 1st time eating out since surgery :)

B - PB chocolate protein shake with 1% milk and a scoop of instant decaf.
S - 2 light babybels.
L - 1/3 Spinach chicken salad  with FF raspberry dressing (leftover from Swiss Chalet dinner last night).
S - 2 deacaf. with 1% milk.
D - The last 1/3 of the spinach chicken salad.
S - Yogurt.

Water, vits, treadmill tonight - I was glad to get back on after 10 days yesterday, although I was VERY active up at the cottage.

1pm - 1c SF icecream, sliverred almond and some chocolate syrup
3:30 - 2 turkey pepperette
6:30 - 1.5c homemade chili, 3 pickles
9:00 - big bowl watermelon, strawberries, 1/2c yogurt, 1/4c all bran buds
