What are you eating/ doing today? (Wednesday)
Afternoon all. Still recovering from my Eff up on Monday night. My hair is falling out big time now, so I have upped my protein - got in over 100g yesterday by adding in an extra protein shake.
B - Protein shake.
S - 2 babybel light.
L - Yogurt and granola.
S - Decaf. with 1% milk.
D - Tuna with light mayo.
S - Yogurt.
Water. vits. Treadmill tonight. :)
