Hi Karen. Such a nice thing you are doing. I did the same thing a few years back when my mom was diagnosed... she refused to let me shave my head while she was going through chemo, but I did chop it and donate it. :)

Karen, you're doing such a good deed...you'll look absolutely fab with your short do!
