Karen if I am coming from Oakville on the Lakeshore do I pass the Cawfee Tim's before I get to the Pump?  Is the Pump on the same side of Lakeshore as Tim's?

HI Wendy,

Tim's is on the north side of Lakeshore, right across the street from the Pump, which is on the south side. So go to the light and turn right, directly into the Pump parking lot.

So sorry I'm out of town for theOH get-together. Will miss you all!
Lots of walking this week - did one side of the Humber Bay trail on Sunday, and did the other side last night.
Meeting Balou for a buddy-walk in the Eglinton Flats tomorrow.
Feeling really good about my activity-level.

B - bowl of Cheerios, milky chai
S - cottage cheese w SF Amaretto syrup
L - cheese + pear, 1 turkey pepperette
S - protein shake
D - tossed salad w poached salmon
Watermelon
1 litre water

Multivitamins and B12 in, calcium and D3 still on tap for tonight.
Gotta have a look at those Egg Bite things you guys are always talking about. They sound delish.

Back from vacation and didn't lose any weight ya hoo

S ryvita tomato,cheese,sandwich   yummmy
L another sandwich as above....or two
s not sure

We were right on the lake....

Afternoon;

Cranky today.....I am overbooked and vendors keep making over-promises that they undeliver on!

However - it is a beautiful day out.....read everyones food for the day...looking good...

s - 1/2 protein shake

b - at meeting - scrambled eggs and 1 piece of bacon

l - leftover filet mignon and one asparagus....yes I said one!

d - out again.....fish and veg

s - blue menu frozen yogurt bar

All water and vits and some decaf coffee

Karen We are staying 5 minutes from square one and Tracey we are staying with his parents if thats any help to you lol.
