Pam I knew you were at his parents, that's how I knew there were only a few with your last name in the city and am pretty sure I narrowed it down to the one on a street that starts with V. LOL
He never admits to eating popcorn here. I figured he was bull****ting about his real menu when he told Karen that he was having protein drinks yet not one was listed on his daily menu. Time to sit that boy down. Popcorn is like the rice and full of nothing good. Fine to eat in moderation but shouldn't be his main meal. Smack him for me will you.

Those are the two I had narrowed it down to. I was pretty sure he had told me you were still in the heart of Timmins and one is way out on Dalton Road so ruled that one out. LOL

Popcorn, eh? Give him a wee smack upside the head for me. He may only have one small handful AFTER all of his protein and other good foods are actually consumed, not speculated on.
Oh... and his lame excuse not to take you out for lunch this coming Saturday to our OH luncheon - you can let him know it doesn't fly.

S - Babybel light, 10 almonds, 1/2 cadbury thin (YUM!)
L - Yogurt and granola.
S - Decaf. with 1% milk.
D - 1/2 can tuna with LF mayo, pickle.
S - Yogurt.
CONFESSION: I ACTUALLY FORGOT MY VD AND CALCIUM YESTERDAY! And guess what, it was the first day I was too busy to post on this thread - Obviously this thread helps me stay more on track than I realized.
WATER IN! VITS ALLLLLL IN TODAY! Treadmill date tonight :)
