What are you eating/doing today? (Thursday)
Morning all,
I am *seriously* dragging my butt this morning - could easily just close my eyes and take a wee nap right here at my desk. I suspect this would be frowned upon. lol
Day 4 of the 5dpt - firm protein - protein of choice - ground beef! Okay, so it was easy.
B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - Mexican egg bite (woot!)
L - Mexican meatloaf and if I have time another egg bite (you only get 15 min to eat at a time)
S - another egg bite
D - Mexican meatloaf
S - likely a protein shake and another egg bite. lol

Good morning!
Hope your day goes quick and painless so you can get home and grab a nap :)
A few appts today that's about it. Must get school supplies/clothes, etc. as school is quickly coming up, wow that was fast!!
Plan:
B - coffee x3
S - ham/cheese on 2 ryvitas
L - will be out, so prob salad with some protein
S - nsa pudding
Su - leftovers - so either chicken, steak - chicken will be on a weigh****chers flat roll with tomato, cheese, lettuce and a bit of mayo or steak and veggies
S - depends on how the day's food goes down...if difficulties, then a protein shake, if all goes well, then maybe a nectarine....craving the nice fresh summer fruits!!
Water and vits in.

S - protein shake
D - tossed salad w poached slamon and boiled egg
watermelon
1 litre water
Multivitamins in, but calcium and B12 still to go.

Good morning......
Made a yummy noodle salad last night, noodles, zucchini, tomatoes,chicken breast,pickles,and dressing made with mustard and mayo.
No recipe just toss it all together!
B yogurt, kashi cereal
not sure rest of the day but will include noodle salad and I make grilled cheese sandwich with ryvitas, cheese and tomatoes

9 hours of freakin sleep last night and I am a new woman....no bear left in me!

Afternoon all! Not much different today foodwise :) Losing well, so I'm sticking with it!
B - Protein shake.
S - Babybel light, 10 almonds, 1/2 cadbury thin.
L - Yogurt and granola.
S - Decaf. with 1% milk.
D - 1/2 can tuna with LF mayo.
S - Yogurt.
Water in. Vits all done except for iron at bedtime. Treadmill.
