I switched to Rogers for about 12 days. The phone line sucked, the customer service was terrible....like I said 12 days and I slunk back to Bell. Bell has also brought their customer service to Canada instead of the calls going to India. This makes a huge difference when you have an issue and have to call in.

Good morning.
Today is school supply shopping day...yikes! We will also be trying out a new restaraunt Mongos. Supposed to be really good. Apparently you fill your bowl with raw ingredients, meats, veggies, rices, noodles, sauces etc and you bring it up to get "cooked" and you either put it in a wrap or eat like a stir fry. I will pack proteins and some veggies and mange. You can bring the leftovers home...sooo I will do that!!
B - protein shake
L - Mainly meat with some veg stir fry at Mongos
D - either left overs or protein shake
S - if I want one, protein bar or meat and cheese with hot sauce!!
Water and vits in!

OMG, Mongos sounds delicious! I'm sure we have a Mongolian grill here somewhere, I'll have to look that up. Enjoy!

I forgot my vitamins again this morning! Gonna have to change up my routine, this isn't working.

Slept thru again last night....I had cancelled my work out....wondering if its the knowing I have to get up for 5:30 that keeps me awake at night!! Just afraid if I try and schedule appointments with trainer after work that it wont happen.....how do the rest of you fit it in?
B - 1/2 bagel with creme cheese ( I know this has to stop....its just nice time with my DH at an outdoor spot)
s - nada - still full
l - halibut over grilled tomatoes and goats cheese
d - grilled chicken and salad
s - going to try and have nothing....we'll see
All water - vits - the usual drill

I'm also with Cogeco as Bell peed me off one too many times with my cell after being with them for over 20 years......
I have it bundled with internet.......
B had yogurt and kashi cereal
S noodle salad
L tuna, triskets
S hummus and triskets
D noodle salad, and hummus with triskets
s fruit of some kind.....
