Morning all :)
Didn't see this posted yet, so here goes....
RNY 5+ years - maintenance
B - coffee with milk x2, protein shake
S - cheddar, a few cherries
L - leftover naan toasted with pears, brie, pecans, red onion & sweet/spicy Thai sauce
S - tea, maybe a few more cherries
D - not sure! Feeling disorganized today - may pick up a rotisserie chicken and salad on the way home. Actually, I think I will. lol

Morning sunshine - nice to see your smiling face today!
Talize had a great "1/2 price on everything in the store" sale yesterday, so I spent $33 on 3 sweaters, 1 pair of pants, and 2 tops.
5 months out, so transitioning in sizes - graduating down to a 14 soon.
B - 1 slice multigrain toast with honey, large milky tea
[remembered my multivitamins! wahoo pat on back]
S - cottage cheese
L - 2 oz cheddar, 1 pear, 1 turkey pepperette
S - protein shake
D - mixed salad w grilled chicken
watermelon
1 litre water

What a crappy dark day out there ,no rain but sure is drab looking. I think this may be a 2 pot coffee day. I just want to crawl back in bed.
B - lots of black coffee, 4 crackers with kielbassa, cheese and homemade pickles
L - 4 oz filet mignon, 1/2 cup tomato, cucumber, onion salad
S - 1 oz fruilano cheese and about 8 green grapes
D - going to Montana's, not sure what to order yet

Sunny here, but getting so cold in the mornings! I almost wore a coat the past 2 days. lol

Everyone's food sounds yummy today. I must be hungry lol

S - nsa pudding
Su - still eating left over ribs..yikes!, veg
S - cheese, hot sauce, pickles!!!
Water and vits in. Have a good day :)
