The Cheeseburger Soup was a no-go yesterday - I couldn't find Velveeta. Found it today and I'll make the soup tomorrow. Already went out today so the rest of the day is mine...



B: Protein Shake

S: 8 Rice Crackers & 21g cheddar

L: 1 (if i can manage it - if not, 1/2) PC Angus Beef Skewer & Green Beans

S: ?

D: Same as Lunch

S: Jello Mousse (OMG! These are deelish!)

Afternoon

Running as fast as I can and still falling behind....add a little low blood sugar into the mix to really get me going...lol

Karen why are you feeling discouraged? Is it weight - food - life? How are your meds? Are you able to try something different? thinking about you kiddo

B - 1/2 bagel with creme cheese

s - coffee - then low blood sugar episode so a couple gulps of hot chocolate and a dads cookie....yuck!! but it did the trick
Gotta keep some OJ in my office fridge - and more importantly have my protein shake in the morning and that morning snack

l - 4 oz salmon and a little veg

d - 3 oz beef tenderloin
veggies

s - glass of merlot with a friend

All water and vits

Thanks Karen and everyone else for putting up these posts, I've just started reading them (and started going back days reading them).  I have been getting bored with what I "think" I can have, and reading this gives me some great new ideas and helps me figure out what I can and can't have (exparamenting isn't always fun).  I've been through so many diets before that say you can't have this, and you can't have that.  It gets to a point that you don't think that there is anything that you are allowed to eat anymore. Or if you do eat it you feel bad about it.  It's nice to know that some of those "forbidden foods" are not as bad as I have been told, as long as it's the right amount.

Personally, I dont say no to anything.....and sometimes I probably should have!!

I try to eat everything in moderation.....at least I dont deny myself if its something I really want....just dont want junk anymore....and I still eat protein first....and then if room a few bites of the "other" stuff
