I reheated the naan bread concoction I made yestrerday and my GAWD, it was even better.

1/4 of a Naan bread
sliced fresh pears
brie cheese, sliced into thin slices
pecan pieces
chopped red onions
drizzled with sweet/spicy thai sauce after cooked

Pre-toast the Naan for 5 6- minutes in the oven
Add sliced pears, then brie, then spinkle with pecan pieces and diced red onions

Bake at 400 degrees for at least 15 minutes.  Drizzle with sauce.

Calorie count?  Let me work on that one.

DELISH.

Okay, near as I can figure it's about 285 calories per meal.

ETA: Oops, I think I overestimated - closer to 240 cal.

I am going to have to try that...sounds divine.  Been regretting my choice not to order the brie and pear thing at the pump ever since, but your version sounds even better!!  Still can't find the Haloom (sp?).  Seen it anywhere recently??

Can NOT find it, no!  You know, we should have looked at that specialty cheese shop on Saturday - it's right next to the Pump!

Oh, man, you're killing me!!  I've bookmarked this for later.

Had RNY surgery July 22/11, St. Joe's Hamilton, with the awesome Dr. Scott Gmora.  Had abdominoplasty August 2/13, Scarborough, with equally awesome Dr. Michael Kreidstein.

That sounds really interesting.  I will have to make that the next time my daughter comes home for the weekend.
