B - Greek yoghurt w peach
L - protein bar 30g
S - peach and drink my 1:5 L of water
D - tossed salad w grilled chicken and tetziki sauce and fresh tomotes
Almost 4 months post op and 65 lbs down
started running with my daily walk and feel pretty good. Had many NSV... tried on my leather Pants from 10 years ago and they fit!!! Closet shopping is fun, now they just need to cone back in style!!
I'm enjoying shopping in regular stores and cant believe I'm in a size 10-12!!

Afternoon all. I haven't posted on this thread in the last couple of days due to being really busy... but I've still been sticking to the plan! Had a follow-up with Klein today - he is very pleased with my progress so far. I love that man!
B - Protein shake.
S - 2 Babybel light.
S - Decaf. with milk at Klein's office.
L - Yogurt and granola.
S - Rice cake.
S - Decaf. with milk at home, maybe 2.
D - 2 turkey pepperettes (I have to get groceries tomorrow... I think Quinn will be having a hot dog lol).
S - Yogurt.
Water. Vits. Treadmill. :)
