Here goes - hope you all have a delicious Monday.

B - bowl of Cheerios, large Chai
S - cottage cheese
L - tuna on toast
S - protein shake
D - salad with poached salmon
1 litre water

Multivitamins in, but B12 and calcium still to go.

Morning :)

Nope, you didn't miss it.  I've been offline at home and was swamped 'til just now at work. Break time!  Feeling like absolute crap today after not sleeping AT ALL last night.  I've been up since Sunday morning at 6:30.  Ugh.  Anyway, enough of my complaining.

RNY 5+ years - maintenance

B - coffee with milk x as many as it takes to keep me awake
S - protein shake
L - tuna sandwich with lots of veggies and a little extra mayo, hold the bread
S - coffee I'm sure, Kashi pumpkin bar
D - BBQ steak. cob of corn with a little butter

Vites on track so far, working on water.

S - handful of raspberries

L - spring mix salad with salmon on top

D - beer butt chicken, spring mix salad

S - yogurt

I agree, it's Monday.  Busy weekend, tired morning.

I think this is today's menu:

B - Blueberries & milk
S - almonds
L - pork parmisan
S - yogurt
D - ham & baked beans (I think, see what my tummy says).

mulit vits & B12 in, one dose calcium & Vit D in, rest to go.

Still running as fast as I can and slipping further behind.....arghhh

Tracey I hear ya on the carbs....had a bag of popcorn yesterday watching "Return of the Planet of the Apes"...pretty good movie by the way...

Karen - how are you feeling?

Pre Work-out - protein shake

B - 2 eggs with a little cheese on top

s - yogurt with berries

l - veggie beef soup

s - yogurt with berries

d - turkey meatballs in sauce with some veggies

s - frozen yogurt bar

All water and vits

LOL...yes it's a lot of water...I don't seem to have any problems drinking water.  I've already killed 1 liters this morning and am working on number 2!

I'm also now doing the "Beck Diet Solution" which is helping to motivate me to eat well.

Good afternoon all!

I had a great week last week...lost 9 more pounds!!

1.5 years post-op...only 17lbs to goal!!

B - egg, toast (1 slice multigrain), nectarine
S - yogurt, banana
L - chef salad w 5 baby dills
S - apple
D - WW smart one (1/2 serving)
S - ??

Drank 3 liters of water so far...working on number 4!

Will also do 30 minutes on the treadmill tonight.
